The kitchen of Schmausemühle serves you local specialties and seasonal delicacies with freshly harvested herbs from the mill garden. Particularly popular are freshly caught trout from our own ponds, either prepared "Müllerin Art" or "blue" style, as well as smoked or pickled. Freshly caught – often enough, you can observe the chef rushing to the ponds after an order to quickly catch the desired trout. Homemade mill bread and ham roast are baked in the old stone oven – a sample is worth it! We recommend making a table reservation on weekends and holidays.
